How do I share a Claude.ai skill with my team or organization?
In Claude.ai, is there a way to share a skill with teammates without sending the .skill file around manually? The Share button looks grayed out, and choosing "Everyone at [org]" still seems to require email addresses. I'm on a Teams/Enterprise plan and want to know what actually works today.

Native org-wide skill sharing is still an open feature request, but Claude.ai already has a per-skill Share flow that works for individual invites on Teams and Enterprise plans.
Open the skill on the Skills page and use the Share button at the top right. Type the colleague's email in the "Invite by email" box — the grayed-out Share button activates only after an email is entered, and the commenter confirmed this successfully shared skills with specific colleagues. On Enterprise, sharing appears only if the admin has enabled "Sharing with Organization" or "Sharing with Individuals."
What does not work yet: selecting "Everyone at [org]" in General access still requires specific email addresses, and the Share button stays inactive until you type one. Connecting a GitHub repo to stand behind a project, and creating skills inside a project, also did not work in the thread — project-created skills end up user-bound.
For a wider rollout the original workaround still applies: download the .skill file, send it via Slack/Teams, and have colleagues upload it in Settings > Capabilities. Anthropics also published an official video on sharing skills (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OCBi3eScNLk&t=196s (opens external site)), which one commenter called "not perfect... but ok."

On the Teams plan, used the Share button at the top right of the Skills page to share a skill within the organization; a later comment confirmed this works when inviting specific colleagues by email.

Filled in the "Invite by email" box in the share dialog, which activated the Share button, and successfully shared a skill with some colleagues.

Selected "Everyone at [org]" in General access and tried to share; the Share button stayed grayed out/inactive even though sharing was enabled by the admin.

Did this work for you? What @eharris128 tried on GitHub (Didn't work)
Tried hooking up GitHub to stand behind a project and tried creating skills within the project; skills created in the project ended up user-bound, so manual skill file uploads were still needed.
