Terms of Service

Last updated: October 16, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Atlas L&S LLC d/b/a WalouTech, a New York limited liability company ("AgentArmor," "we," "us"). They govern your use of agentarmorhq.com, our grades and directory (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

PLEASE READ SECTION 13: IT REQUIRES BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND WAIVES CLASS ACTIONS, UNLESS YOU OPT OUT.

1. What AgentArmor does

AgentArmor grades AI agents, MCP servers/connectors, AI skills, and related software ("Graded Tools"). Grades are based on signals, such as adoption (stars, downloads, mentions) and transparency (documentation, published source, maintainer and permission information), drawn from public sources and anything you submit, with AI-assisted analysis. We publish grades, scores, plain-English risk explanations, and tips (together, "Grades"). AgentArmor doesn't test, execute, penetration-test, or code-audit tools, and doesn't find every vulnerability or prevent attacks. Most Graded Tools are built and published by third parties we don't control.

2. Grades are opinions, not guarantees

  • A Grade is our informational opinion at a point in time, based on limited signals from publicly available or submitted information. Signals like popularity or documentation quality are indirect indicators, not proof of safety. It is not a security certification, audit opinion, warranty, guarantee, endorsement, or professional (legal, compliance, or security) advice.
  • An "A" grade or a "low risk" label does not mean a tool is safe, secure, free of malware or vulnerabilities, or fit for your use. A poor grade doesn't mean a tool is malicious.
  • Grades can miss issues, be wrong in either direction, rely on public data that is incomplete or manipulated (for example, inflated stars or downloads), and go stale as soon as a tool changes. Alerts may be delayed or missed.
  • No reliance. You agree not to rely on any Grade as the sole basis for deciding to install, use, buy, or trust any tool. You remain solely responsible for evaluating, testing, configuring, and securing any tool you use, and for the consequences of using it.

3. Third-party tools: no endorsement, no responsibility

  • Graded Tools, links, repositories, packages, and listings (including sponsored placements) belong to third parties. Listing, grading, ranking, linking, or featuring a tool is not an endorsement, recommendation, or partnership. Sponsorships never affect Grades, rankings, or reports. Sponsored placements are always labeled "Sponsored" and kept separate from Grades.
  • We are not responsible or liable for any third-party tool or what it does, including data loss, credential or secret exposure, unauthorized actions by an agent, security incidents, financial loss, regulatory consequences, or harm to your systems, whether or not we graded it and whatever Grade it received.
  • Your use of a third-party tool is governed only by that third party's terms, and is at your own risk.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you're authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf, and "you" includes that organization.

5. Your content and submissions

You keep ownership of what you submit (URLs, repositories, code, messages). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to provide, secure, and improve the Service. You represent you have the rights and authorization to submit it (see the Acceptable Use Policy). Don't submit secrets, credentials, or personal data you don't need us to see.

6. Our content and publication of Grades

The Service, software, Grades, reports, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. You may share a Grade or badge with attribution and a link back, without altering it or implying endorsement. We may publish Grades of publicly available tools, and we may update, correct, or remove them at our discretion. Tool owners who think a Grade is wrong can tell us through our contact form.

7. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In short: only submit tools you own, that are public, or that you're authorized to submit, and don't abuse, attack, scrape, or resell the Service.

8. Feedback

If you send ideas or feedback, we can use them without obligation to you.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL GRADES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY GRADED TOOL IS SAFE. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain disclaimers, so some may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • No indirect damages. WE WON'T BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, SECURITY INCIDENTS, OR COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING FROM THE SERVICE, ANY GRADE, YOUR RELIANCE ON A GRADE, OR ANY THIRD-PARTY TOOL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
  • Cap. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
  • These limits apply to all theories (contract, tort including negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), are an essential basis of the bargain, and don't limit liability that can't be limited by law (e.g., fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct where so required).

11. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Atlas L&S LLC d/b/a WalouTech and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service or any third-party tool; (b) your submitting anything you weren't authorized to; (c) your violation of these Terms or law; or (d) your content. We'll notify you and may participate with our own counsel.

12. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, abuse, legal reasons, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections 2, 3, 5, 6, 8–11, and 13–15 survive.

13. Dispute resolution: arbitration and class-action waiver

  • Informal first. Before filing a claim, use our contact form with a description; we'll both try in good faith to resolve it within 60 days.
  • Binding arbitration. Except as below, any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its consumer or commercial rules as applicable, in Monroe County, New York, or by video. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. The arbitrator decides arbitrability, except that a court decides the enforceability of the class waiver.
  • Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, or seek injunctive relief in court for IP infringement or misuse of the Service.
  • Class-action and jury waiver. YOU AND WE MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY INDIVIDUALLY, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, AND BOTH WAIVE A JURY TRIAL. If this waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim goes to court, not arbitration.
  • 30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this section through our contact form with your name, email, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration, within 30 days after first accepting these Terms.
  • Where not enforceable. If you live where pre-dispute arbitration or class waivers are unenforceable for consumers (e.g., parts of the EU/UK), this section doesn't apply to you, and you keep any mandatory rights to go to your local courts.
  • Time limit. To the extent permitted by law, claims must be brought within one year after they arise.

14. EU/UK consumers

If you're a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK:

  • Mandatory rights under your local consumer law always apply, and nothing in these Terms limits them. That includes statutory rights for digital content and services that aren't as described.
  • Liability: the exclusions and cap in Section 10 don't limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for gross negligence or intent, or for anything else that can't be limited under your local law.
  • Disputes: Section 13 (arbitration and the class waiver) doesn't apply to you. You may bring claims in the courts where you live, and you may use your local alternative dispute resolution body. The choice of New York law doesn't deprive you of the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.

15. General

  • Governing law: the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, subject to Section 13 and any mandatory consumer protections where you live. State and federal courts located in Monroe County, New York have exclusive jurisdiction for matters not arbitrated.
  • Changes: we may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or on-site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use means acceptance.
  • Other: these Terms (plus referenced policies) are the entire agreement; if a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains; no waiver by failing to enforce; you may not assign without consent; we may assign in a merger or sale; no force-majeure liability; no third-party beneficiaries.
  • Contact and legal notices: our contact page.
