Does koog support iOS targets in Kotlin Multiplatform projects?
The koog README lists JVM and JS as the supported Kotlin Multiplatform targets. I want to use koog in a KMM library that needs an iOS framework, but iOS support appears to be missing. Are there plans to add iOS (and other Apple) targets, and is there a timeline?

Status: still open at the last update in the thread (July 31, 2025); a pull request adding Apple targets had been submitted but not yet merged or released, and the issue was later closed as completed.
The koog README at the time listed only JVM and JS as supported Kotlin Multiplatform targets. A koog collaborator confirmed on May 28, 2025 that iOS support was planned, but gave no concrete timeline. On July 2, 2025, a contributor said Apple platform support (iOS/macOS and other relevant Apple platforms) was being tracked as part of issue #382. On July 31, 2025, that contributor said they had opened the PR and it just needed to be merged and released.
Practical takeaway: as of the thread's last update, you could not use koog for an iOS target in a KMM library, and the thread mentions no workaround. General advice: watch koog releases for the version that includes the Apple-platform PR rather than relying on the issue being closed.

The reporter planned to try koog in one of their KMM libraries but said they were unable to use it yet because iOS support is missing; no actual build attempt was described.
