How to install superpowers-zh for Qoder (--tool qoder)?

superpowers-zh is a collection of skills normally used with Claude Code, but I use Qoder, Alibaba's AI IDE, which reads project configuration from a .qoder/ directory. Qoder was not supported by superpowers-zh, so how do I install the skills for Qoder, and what files does the adapter generate? There is no error message involved; this was a missing-feature request.

Qoder support is implemented and merged into main (commit 725977b), and the issue is closed; the next npm release will carry it. Until then, the maintainer posted these source-install steps:

      bash
      cd /your/project
      git clone https://github.com/jnMetaCode/superpowers-zh.git /tmp/sp-zh
      node /tmp/sp-zh/bin/superpowers-zh.js --tool qoder

After the release, the same command becomes npx superpowers-zh --tool qoder, and in a project that already has a .qoder/ directory, plain npx superpowers-zh will auto-detect Qoder.

The adapter does two things, per the maintainer:

      1. Copies 20 skills to .qoder/skills/<name>/SKILL.md.
      2. Generates an always-on bootstrap rule .qoder/rules/superpowers-zh.md with trigger: always_on, so the core "brainstorm first / TDD first / verify first" rules load every session instead of relying on implicit description matching.

A tool-mapping table in docs/README.qoder.md tells the model which Qoder tool corresponds to each Claude Code tool (for example, Qoder's EnterSpecMode corresponds to Claude Code's EnterPlanMode).

Caveat from the maintainer: the Qoder Rules frontmatter schema (trigger: always_on / model_decision / manual) is not in Qoder's official docs; it was cross-checked against four community samples. If Qoder changes the schema, the generated rule file may need its type re-selected in Qoder Settings → Rules.

The maintainer also declined to rewrite skills per tool: skills stay methodology-level behavior constraints, and the tool mapping is handled by the bootstrap rule and docs, because per-tool rewrites without eval evidence are rejected upstream.

What @jnMetaCode tried on GitHub (Outcome unclear)

The maintainer posted the source-install instructions: clone the repo to /tmp/sp-zh and run node /tmp/sp-zh/bin/superpowers-zh.js --tool qoder in the project, with npx superpowers-zh --tool qoder planned after the npm release. The thread contains only the instructions, no reported result.

What @Yanyz-ok tried on GitHub (Partly worked)

A commenter compared Claude Code, Qoder, and Quest native tools and suggested splitting or rewriting skills per AI coding tool to avoid duplicates. The maintainer absorbed the tool-mapping parts into docs/README.qoder.md but declined per-tool skill rewrites without eval evidence.

What @tsktop tried on GitHub (Outcome unclear)

A commenter answered the maintainer's questions: Qoder is Alibaba's AI IDE, its project-level config directory is .qoder/, and the official skills documentation is at https://docs.qoder.com/zh/extensions/skills (opens external site).
