ComfyUI-MCP apply_manifest clones duplicate ComfyUI-Manager from Krea 2 pack
On Windows 11 (ComfyUI Desktop, ComfyUI 0.29.0) with comfyui-mcp 0.48.7, running apply_manifest with the bundled krea2-txt2img-manual pack logs "ComfyUI-Manager is not in the ComfyUI-Manager registry — cloned it directly into custom_nodes" and clones ComfyUI-Manager even though a working Manager is already installed. Why does the manifest treat Manager as a custom node, and how do I avoid the duplicate checkout?

Fixed in comfyui-mcp 0.48.11 (PR #445): the Krea 2 pack manifests no longer declare ComfyUI-Manager as a custom-node dependency, so apply_manifest stops cloning a duplicate Manager on Desktop installs. The maintainer says to update and reopen if the problem persists.
Root cause: packs/krea2-txt2img-manual/manifest.yaml listed https://github.com/ltdrdata/ComfyUI-Manager.git (opens external site) under custom_nodes. Because no custom_nodes/ComfyUI-Manager folder existed on the Desktop install, apply_manifest cloned it directly even though the environment probe already reported a functional Manager (3.41; panel startup summarized Manager v4). The manifest applied 4 items and cloned the Manager repo.
If you cannot update immediately, edit the manifest before applying and remove the Manager line so custom_nodes contains only:
custom_nodes:
The reporter applied this minimal patch locally and marked it "Applied locally: yes"; the thread does not state the clone result after patching, so verify your custom_nodes folder afterward. The reporter also noted the same dependency should be removed from other bundled pack manifests, or apply_manifest should recognize an already-functional Manager before cloning.

Maintainer released the fix in mcp 0.48.11 (PR #445), removing ComfyUI-Manager from the Krea 2 pack manifests so apply_manifest no longer clones it on Desktop installs, and asked users to update and reopen if it persists.
