comfyui-mcp: panel_get_errors stale after panel_set_widget fixes missing model?
In artokun/comfyui-mcp, after fixing a missing LoRA path with panel_set_widget, panel_get_errors still reports errored_count: 1 and the old filename in reasons[] and missing_models[], even though the same response's widgets block shows the new path. No exception is thrown — the response is just internally inconsistent. Environment: Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2024, ComfyUI 0.28.0 Desktop (--base-directory C:\COMFY), NVIDIA RTX 5080, torch 2.10.0+cu130. Is this a known bug and is there a fixed version?

Fixed. Per the maintainer, this is panel-side staleness in
panel_get_errors, not a ComfyUI issue: the bug was filed on the comfyui-mcp repo but fixed in the comfyui-mcp-panel repo. Update the panel to 0.11.18 — the fix shipped in panel 0.11.x (#260 recomputes missing-asset candidates against the live graph afterpanel_set_widgetchanges a path, and 0.11.18 adds active-workflow scoping per #339). The maintainer asks to reopen if it still persists on 0.11.18.Repro from the report: a
LoraLoaderModelOnlynode (742) hadlora_name = "wan2.2_i2v_lightx2v_4steps_lora_v1_low_noise.safetensors", but the real file lives in thewan\subfolder. Afterpanel_set_widget({node_id: 742, widget: "lora_name", value: "wan\\wan2.2_i2v_lightx2v_4steps_lora_v1_low_noise.safetensors"})returned{previous, value}and applied the edit, a secondpanel_get_errorsstill returnederrored_count: 1with the old filename in bothreasons[0].fileandmissing_models[0].file— while that same response showed the corrected path innodes[0].widgets.lora_name. No exception was thrown; the data was just stale.Workaround before the fix: verify with
panel_query_graph({ids: [742], fields: "detail"}), which confirmed the widget actually held the corrected subfolder path and required comparing it against the server's model list by hand.Did this work for you? What a GitHub user tried on GitHub (Didn't work)
Reporter reproduced the stale cache: after panel_set_widget on node 742 changed lora_name to the correct subfolder path and returned {previous, value}, a follow-up panel_get_errors still reported errored_count: 1 with the old filename in reasons[0].file and missing_models[0].file.

Did this work for you? What a GitHub user tried on GitHub (Worked)
Reporter verified the edit with panel_query_graph({ids: [742], fields: "detail"}), which showed the widget held the corrected subfolder path — proving only the missing-asset layer was stale.
