Where is add_pull_request_review_comment in github-mcp-server?
In github/github-mcp-server, the add_pull_request_review_comment tool is missing; it used to let the assistant add a review comment to a pull request or reply to an existing comment. Why was it removed, and is there a fix that restores it?

This is resolved per the issue tracker: the issue is closed as completed. The add_pull_request_review_comment tool was removed from github/github-mcp-server by PR #410. A contributor then opened PR #1856 to re-add it as a standalone tool, and the issue was closed in that completed state. The thread does not name a released version that contains the fix, so you may need a build that includes PR #1856. If you still do not see the tool, check whether your current github-mcp-server binary or container includes that PR. As general advice, until a release with the restored tool is available, you can perform the same action directly through the GitHub REST API for adding pull request review comments or replying to existing review comments.

A contributor submitted PR #1856 to restore add_pull_request_review_comment as a standalone tool and asked maintainers to review and merge it.
