Am I affected? Affected: @revizahoshii/hoshino-mcp-server >= 0. Fixed in: no fix reported yet.
- Check your version: run
npm ls @revizahoshii/hoshino-mcp-server. Versions >= 0 of @revizahoshii/hoshino-mcp-server are affected.
What to do now
- Remove the package if it is installed: run
npm uninstall @revizahoshii/hoshino-mcp-server. - Rotate all secrets and keys stored on the computer, and do it from a different computer.
- Remove the package from the computer.
- Treat the computer as fully compromised, because removing the package may not remove all malicious software that came from installing it.
General practice, not from the source: if the affected software could read tokens or credentials, rotate them after upgrading; pin versions and review changes before updating tools your agents run.
