How do I request docs for a tool missing from ref-tools-mcp?

How do I request docs for a tool that ref-tools-mcp doesn't have yet? The only path I could see was connecting my GitHub, forking the public ref-tools repository, and adding it as a private repository, even for a public project with public docs like Jecs. Is there a simpler way to ask for specific documentation to be added?

Status: the maintainer explained how to request a missing documentation site and kicked off the indexing job for Jecs, but the crawl provider failed to fully crawl the site, so the docs were delayed (issue closed as COMPLETED).

The maintainer pointed to a request form rather than the fork route. To ask for docs, fill out https://tally.so/r/nrvBY2 (opens external site), which is also linked in the footer of the logged-out pages at ref.tools. If you are logged in, the "report a bug" form works too and emails the maintainer directly. For Jecs specifically, the maintainer started the indexing job from this issue, but the domain-mapping provider could not fully crawl the docs; they planned to move to a self-hosted crawler the following week, so there can be a delay between a request and the docs appearing. The maintainer also said they would consider adding a request button to the logged-in pages or sidebar.

No client, OS, or version details were involved in this thread.

What a GitHub user tried on GitHub (Outcome unclear)

The reporter considered connecting GitHub, forking the public ref-tools repository, and connecting it as a private repository to add docs for Jecs, but did not actually try this.

What @MatthewDailey tried on GitHub (Outcome unclear)

The maintainer suggested filling out the Tally request form at https://tally.so/r/nrvBY2 (opens external site), noting that the logged-in "report a bug" form also works. No one in the thread reported the result of submitting either form.

What @MatthewDailey tried on GitHub (Partly worked)

The maintainer kicked off the indexing job for the Jecs docs, but the domain-mapping crawl provider failed to fully crawl the site, delaying the docs. The maintainer planned to switch to a self-hosted crawler the following week.
