How do I run the tradingview-mcp server as a Docker container?

I'd like to run tradingview-mcp inside Docker rather than as a local process. Docker support was requested in the GitHub issue tracker, and the maintainer says it landed in v0.3.0. What docker command do I use, and which endpoint should I configure in Claude Desktop or Cursor?

Status: Fixed in v0.3.0. The maintainer announced on March 25, 2026 that the tradingview-mcp server now ships with full Docker support, so the original feature request is complete.

To run the container, use the published image on Docker Hub:

      bash
      docker run -d -p 8080:8000 atilaahmet/tradingview-mcp:latest

This starts the MCP server on host port 8080 using streamable HTTP. Point your MCP client (the maintainer mentions Claude Desktop or Cursor) to either:

The repository also includes a docker-compose.yml if you prefer Compose-based deployment. Note that the project has been restructured into a multi-agent trading framework as part of this release; if you rely on the older single-server behavior, check the repo documentation for any API changes.
