ECC: plugin marketplace add fails with 'plugins.0.source: Invalid input'
I'm using ECC (affaan-m/ECC). Running
/plugin marketplace add affaan-m/everything-claude-codefails withError: Invalid schema: plugins.0.source: Invalid input, and adding the same repository manually as a marketplace with a direct GitHub URL also fails. The problem also occurs on a fresh install, and several other users confirmed it. Is there a fix? The issue was closed in the tracker, but the thread contains no fix or maintainer explanation; the error reproduces for many users, including on a fresh install. The reporter's two approaches both failed: running
/plugin marketplace add affaan-m/everything-claude-code, which returnedError: Invalid schema: plugins.0.source: Invalid input, and manually registering the repository as a marketplace with a direct GitHub URL. Several commenters confirmed the same behavior (Same issue,+1), and one reported trying on a fresh install with no progress. The number of confirmations and the fresh-install failure suggest a bug in ECC itself rather than a configuration mistake. The thread does not document a workaround, so as general advice: watch the repository for an upstream fix and verify you are on the latest ECC release before retrying.
