Workaround for superpowers skills with Claude Code Agent Teams before official support?

Superpowers (obra/superpowers) has no official support for Claude Code 2.1.32+ experimental Agent Teams, so existing skills such as dispatching-parallel-agents only cover subagents and don't recognize the Teammate, SendMessage, or TaskList tools. Agent Teams requires CLAUDE_CODE_EXPERIMENTAL_AGENT_TEAMS=1 in settings. Is there a working community workaround until official support lands?

Status: open. The request for Agent Teams support is still open and no maintainer has responded in this thread.

A community workaround exists: in comment 1, bok- shared agent-team-skills.zip, built by asking Claude to adapt writing-plans and subagent-driven-development into team-oriented versions. The adapted planning skill includes a fitness check: if the plan cannot be run in parallel by a team, it falls back to the original skills. bok- reported it working well for leading a team and dispatching spec-reviewer and code-reviewer subagents as tasks complete. Another user confirmed plan creation, team dispatch, spec compliance, and code review all worked. A later commenter pulled commits from Voidcrusher's repo, made further changes, and said the workflow seemed to work fine but still needed more testing.

To try this, first enable the experimental Agent Teams feature by setting CLAUDE_CODE_EXPERIMENTAL_AGENT_TEAMS=1 in settings (per the issue), then download agent-team-skills.zip from the thread. The thread does not state where the skill files should be installed; one user asked and no answer was given. Note that Agent Teams is experimental with known limitations: no session resumption, no nested teams, and one team per session. Teams are stored under ~/.claude/teams/{team-name}/config.json and tasks under ~/.claude/tasks/{team-name}/.

What @bok- tried on GitHub (Worked)

bok- asked Claude to adapt writing-plans and subagent-driven-development into team versions, added a parallel-run fitness check with fallback to the original skills, and shared the result as agent-team-skills.zip. They reported it working well for leading a team while dispatching reviewer subagents.

What @ChuckFul tried on GitHub (Worked)

A user tried the shared skills and reported plan creation, team member dispatch, spec compliance, and code review all working seamlessly.

What @rahulsc tried on GitHub (Partly worked)

A commenter pulled commits from Voidcrusher's repo, made further changes on top of bok-'s work, and said the workflow seemed to be working fine but still needed more testing.
